How is shipping handled?

Due to size, rooftop tents and awnings are shipped via freight carriers (e.g., Mainfreight) to depots or commercial addresses Australia wide for you to collect at an arranged time.

Do your products come with warranty?

Yes. All Commando Camping rooftop tents and accessories come with a 12-month warranty, giving you peace of mind that your gear is built to last.

Do ALL your tents come with 12v power and roof racks?

Yes. Every Commando Camping rooftop tent comes standard with a 12v power system for your camping accessories and an integrated roof rack system for carrying extra gear such as solar panels, surfboards ect.

Are you an Australian company?

Yes. Commando Camping Pty Ltd is proudly Australian-owned and based in NSW. All of our rooftop tents, awnings, and camping gear are designed for Australian conditions and shipped directly from our local warehouse.

What is the difference between the Xplorer and Xplorer Deluxe?
