We accept no liability for losses incurred due to incorrect mounting, use contrary to manufacturer guidelines, or failure to assess product compatibility with your vehicle or situation.

Commando Camping has taken reasonable care to provide accurate general advice in our manuals, videos, website, and team communications. However, we provide no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such advice.
All installation and usage advice is general in nature and not a substitute for professional installation services. We strongly recommend all rooftop tents, awnings, and 12V components be installed by qualified professionals.
3. Weight Considerations
Commando Camping makes every effort to state product weights accurately; however, listed weights are approximate and provided for guidance only.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

Commando Camping does not provide installation of any 12V or electrical connections. All such installations must be carried out by a licensed auto electrician.
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for faults, fires, failures, or injury caused by incorrect or unauthorised electrical work.
5. Regular Maintenance
Rooftop tents, awnings, and other mounted products require ongoing inspection and maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to:

7.2 Until delivery is confirmed, Commando Camping retains ownership of all goods in transit or storage.
